The Story begins…

Mission Statement:

“It is the mission of Arts Ambassadors to elevate the overall experience of real estate while simultaneously encouraging the entire community to “do more.” Combining elements of a referral network, marketing firm, and community advocacy group, Arts Ambassadors seeks to creatively forge a symbiotic relationship between real estate professionals, customers, and organizations in which everybody wins.  By donating a percentage of the commission from real estate transactions to customer-selected non-profit arts organizations, we trigger a chain reaction that encourages all to embrace both the intrinsic value and the tangible benefits of a robust arts community at the local and national level.”

Further Ways to Support Our Mission:

In partnership with the public charity Arts Ambassadors Foundation 501(c)(3), we provide a fundraising opportunity for not-for-profit partner organizations by consolidating numerous discounts with the Arts Ambassadors Community Card.  We hope this program will encourage you to “do more” within your community by not only directly supporting arts organizations with a tax-deductible donation*, but also by providing a number of opportunities to support arts organizations with your attendance.   

4 Ways to Obtain the Arts Ambassadors Community Card:

1. Complete a real estate transaction using an Arts Ambassadors referred Real Estate Professional and receive the Arts Ambassadors Community Card as a thank you gift.

2. Select a partner organization on our Partners page and make a minimum donation of $200 to that organization though the Arts Ambassadors Foundation and receive the Arts Ambassadors Community Card as a thank you gift.

3. Nominate a qualifying 501(c)(3) designated arts organization to be an Arts Ambassadors partner organization. Then, if approved by Arts Ambassadors, make a minimum donation of $200 to that organization through the Arts Ambassadors Foundation and receive the Arts Ambassadors Community Card as a thank you gift.

4. Make a minimum donation of $200 to the Arts Ambassadors Foundation general fund and receive the Arts Ambassadors Community Card as a thank you gift.

*Options 2, 3, and 4 are all fully tax deductible

What happens when you work with Arts Ambassadors on a real estate transaction?

  • ACT 1 - Have a no-obligation phone call with us so we can find out how the core philosophies of Arts Ambassadors can elevate your expectations and experience of a real estate transaction.
  • ACT 2 - Arts Ambassadors will connect you with a real estate agent/professional who shares your love of the Arts.
  • ACT 3 - You will be guided through your transaction by a team who wants to not only provide top-notch professional real estate services but also to help you engage more meaningfully with your community.
  • ACT 4 - At close, 5% of the commission will go to the arts organization of your choice.
  • ACT 5 - As a thank you gift upon closing, you will receive the Arts Ambassadors Community Card, which will provide further discounts and opportunities to “do more” in your community.

From a business standpoint in the world of Real Estate, Arts Ambassadors can most easily be described as a referral network...but that’s just the beginning. Read on to see where the story takes you…

  • ACT 1 – Reach out to Arts Ambassadors to discuss your love and/or involvement in the arts and find out more about working with like-minded customers who seek to “do more” with their real estate transactions.
  • ACT 2 – Sign the Agent Agreement with Arts Ambassadors and officially join the community; then start building relationships with Arts organizations in your community (assisted by Arts Ambassadors) to further the goals of all involved. Click here to download the Agent Agreement.
  • ACT 3 – Receive pre-approved real estate referrals for whom you must win their business as you would any prospective customer; then sign a referral agreement with Arts Ambassadors agreeing to the 30% referral rate.
  •   ACT 4 – Successfully guide customers to close, at which time a licensed Realtor representing Arts Ambassadors will submit a commission disbursement form to the title company directing funds to their respective destinations.
  • ACT 5 – Reap the rewards to a happy customer who will hopefully consider you their real estate professional for life and repeat Acts 3 through 5 until you grow tired of raking all the money in your door.

  • ACT 1 - Join the Arts Ambassadors community as a “Partner” at NO COST to your organization.
  • ACT 2 - Work with Arts Ambassadors to complete a Profile Page on our website as an additional means to communicate your organization's goals and needs as well as receive access to our community calendar to market your organization events.
  • ACT 3 - Enter into a bartered arrangement with Arts Ambassadors to market/advertise the Arts Ambassadors community, utilizing existing marketing elements your organization already has in place (e.g. ad space in the playbill/program, a presence on your organization’s website, story in newsletter).
  •   ACT 4 - Decide on a discount opportunity that makes sense for your organization that will be provided as a “thank you” gift to financial contributors who choose Arts Ambassadors as a conduit to support arts organizations.

  •  ACT 1 – In conversation with Arts Ambassadors, decide if your organization would like to donate funds into the general account of the Arts Ambassadors Foundation or if you would prefer to donate funds directly to a specific Arts Ambassadors Partner Organization.
  •  ACT 2 – Receive public recognition as one of our Support Organizations on the Arts Ambassadors website, as well as ongoing public recognition via social media on Arts Ambassadors social media channels.
  •  ACT 3 – Receive Arts Ambassadors Community Cards to be given to other individuals within your organization or as an enticement to bring in new hires. Enjoy the recognition of contributing meaningfully to the Arts community as well as all of the tangible and intrinsic benefits of a robust arts community
